Pars Telephone Kar (PTK) Inc.
started the preliminary stages of telephone production in
1983. After incorporating the company in 1986, it started
the production of simple telephone systems.
The company’s activities continue today with the production
of PABX and digital telephone systems.
Today PTK has more than 50 engineers specializing in
producing communication systems.
The company has more than 200 full-time personnel as well as
over 100 people working as the company’s representatives all
over the country.
The point that sets PTK apart from its rival companies is
the powerful after-sales support and sales representatives
of the company.

Analog telephone system with a capacity of up to 512
ports.

centers:
1. PDX1
production with a max. capacity of 1,000 numbers for
the
suburbs.

Low capacity switches
production with a max. capacity of 5,000.

High capacity
production has been made
possible by the
collaboration of PTK and HUAWEI which has resulted in more
than 4 million
switch ports, most of which are currently being
deployed.

The huge success of the
card operated pay phone made available to the public
by PTK, is yet another reason for the company to be
proud. PTK has installed 4,000 such phones through
collaboration with URMET – a European-based company.

Access equipment: About
50,000 PCM 11 equipment ports have been installed in
the country’s communications networks.

WLL
network equipment: 198,450 WLL-GSM equipment ports
have been installed and 179,586 more are being
installed.

Intelligent Networks:
500,000 ports are currently being deployed.

New Generation Networks
(NGN): NGN has been installed in SC2 of Tehran and
Mashhad and also in Kish.
