This section in
support department has been established on April 30,
2005 with the following targets:

Facilitating direct technical communications of
customers with support in order to offer
better and on time technical support
services.

To
give fast technical assistance services by
telephone or remote computer connection
troubleshooting of the products.

Preparing service reports and keeping records of
them for later use.
This department is
active for 24 hours a day and the customers can
request necessary ergent services via telephone
, Fax or
e-mail
round the clock.
